Book Review: Love Worth Making – How to have RIDICULOUSLY GREAT SEX in a long-lasting relationship

I was going to take a short break to read some juicy fiction book, but I came across this book instead, which was free on Kindle. I didn’t really have any expectations to be honest. I downloaded it and was curious to know more so read the first few pages. I unintentionally read the entire thing in a matter of hours. There were multiple ah-ha moments and even answers to questions I had buried for years, not just about sex, but about myself as a person.
I have a lot of praise for the work this author has done. He is a certified Couples and Sex Therapist. The book is a collaboration of his own work as well as findings and quotes from many other resources. It is obvious that he has years of experience. The book is very articulate.
The author talks about common problems he sees as a therapist. He also goes in depth on what men desire, what women desire and uncovers common myths. He uses descriptive examples and real cases to accentuate on how a problem becomes more of a problem. I love how he includes what’s going on from both sides and offers thoughtful solutions. I found myself relating to a lot of the stories and happy to understand it more. My favorite find in this book is the two-step process he elaborates on. He gave me a new meaning to the art of doing nothing as it can create a more magical experience that we don’t always take the time for.
I dare you to read it. If you want a short-cut there are notes in the back of the book that summarizes some common problems. The answers are right there for you. The book felt like a therapy session in itself. It helped me to open my eyes to what my own partner may be thinking. If I were you, I’d get to two-stepping and I don’t mean cowboy two-stepping, but if that floats your boat then go for it. The two-step process could be the answer to a lot of things. I see it as a secret key ingredient to the sex you’ve always dreamed of.
