An educational woman’s community designed to support and celebrate the life transition of menopause.
Menopause 2.0: Turning “the change” into your superpower
Navigate the menopausal transition with ease, wisdom, and purpose. A unique approach combining medical information and personal coaching tools.
Discover a new you!
Join our 8-session virtual workshop for women navigating menopause.
Dr. Pebble Kranz, founder of Rochester Center for Sexual Wellness, and Laurie Riedman, founder of bu coaching, will co-facilitate our small group sessions. Whether you have yet to start menopause, are in the thick of it, or are post-menopausal – this workshop has a place for you. We will be guiding you in various exercises tailored to support you through the many stages and changes of menopause.
With honesty and laughter, we will inform (and hopefully delight) you, answer your questions, bust some myths, and offer you tools to navigate and install an “upgrade” — via Menopause 2.0 — to a new, more authentic you!
We will cover the physical and emotional changes that can occur during this phase of life, balancing self-care with daily responsibilities, improving body image, strengthening relationships, boosting intimacy and sexuality, and using this transition to access and redefine your purpose.
You’ll develop tools to handle challenges with more self-compassion and grace. Leave with greater confidence to pursue new passions! And come away with scientifically accurate knowledge about ways to manage menopausal symptoms.
The workshop provides a judgment-free space to share your experiences and build community with other women going through similar transitions. You’ll gain sisterhood, support, and empowerment.
