Lori began her career in healthcare as an ICU nurse and then obtained an Acute Care NP degree from the University of Rochester. After 10 years with the Hospitalist team at Cayuga Medical Center, she went on to obtain a Post Masters Family NP certification and then a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Binghamton University with a specialization in sexual medicine and women’s health. Her scholarly research was aimed at supporting women with sexual and vaginal health concerns after cancer. She has also completed additional training through the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, the NPWH Sexual Health Course, Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and the North American Menopause Society. She has been a NAMS Certified Menopause Provider since 2019.
