Biography
Mary views therapy as a journey, gaining insight into what may be holding you back from living your best life. She is committed to walking alongside you with empathy and support—regardless of past choices or life experiences. Enthusiastic and down-to-earth, Mary meets clients wherever they are on their path to self-discovery. She prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people share their stories openly and without fear of disapproval or rejection. Recognizing emotions can feel overwhelming when they are misunderstood or difficult to express, Mary offers a grounded and compassionate presence to navigate those complexities with greater ease. Mary brings a unique perspective to psychotherapy. After 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in end-of-life care, she is a recent graduate of St. John Fisher University with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
