Biography
Megan strongly believes in the power of telling one’s own story while in the safety of a compassionate and accepting environment. She specializes in providing sex therapy for individuals and couples struggling with sexual desire and functioning, compulsive sexual behaviors, and LGBT concerns. She values the unique qualities of each couple system, working with them to build on their strengths to obtain the quality of life they desire. She uses multiple therapeutic research-based approaches including family systems, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based therapy, and brief solution focused therapy. Megan received her Masters of Science in Family Therapy from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. She has provided services in a private practice setting in Oklahoma for the past 3 years specializing in sex therapy. She is currently a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
