Pleasure is the measure of sexual wellbeing. - Emily Nagoski, PhD I am passionate about helping individuals and couples re-connect with pleasure. Working together, we can navigate the unique path to enhance your sexual experience.
Healing happens in community and connection. I care deeply about co-creating a safe and nurturing space, where you can examine and divest yourself of narratives that no longer serve you.
I believe that sexuality is an integral part of the human experience and should be celebrated as one of life’s greatest gifts. I’m committed to helping you connect with yourself and find joy in that relationship.
Healing your pain and understanding yourself can be challenging, yet so rewarding. I provide as safe a space as I can to explore your inner self. Let’s work to understand more about you together.
When it comes to sex and relationships there is no “normal” despite what our society tries to make us believe. I am passionate about working together towards your goals for your sexual wellness.
